The site is located in Wembley and dominated by the redeveloped Wembley Stadium which stands at the southern end of Olympic Way.

This project comprises of a linear student accommodation block 19 storey high and two projecting retaining block with raised gardens and terraces The scope of the project is 18,500m2 of RC slabs with a 800mm deep raft slab.
