Midwest Formwork uses Slipforming techniques to bring time and cost savings to projects such as service cores, towers, silos, and bridge piers, while maintaining the high quality standards required in today's market. Slipforming is one of the fastest methods of constructing vertical structures, with a rise of 7-8m per day on a 24-hour shift and 3-4m per day on a day shift. This leads to reduced construction periods and cost savings compared to traditional formwork or jumpform systems. Slipforming can accommodate even the most complicated structures and is not disrupted by adverse weather. Personnel are provided with a permanent, safe platform to work from.

Concrete Distribution/Pumping
At our company, we offer a comprehensive concrete service that includes cubing, testing, monitoring, and pumping. Depending on the project, we may use a combination of mobile and static pumps to place the concrete. In situations where there is restricted access for a mobile pump or where the structure is complex and tall, a static pump and placing boom can be advantageous. This allows us to free up the crane and improve the efficiency of the project, helping us to bring the frame in on time.
